7 Day Powder Forecast!
Saturday, 28 March 2009 15:58
What an incredible week that produced epic snowfalls accross the West and this week will continue to see moderate to heavy snowfall with cold temperatures! The next storm will impact the Wasatch on early Sunday afternoon and night where an intense period of 2-3 inch per hour snowfall rates will break out turning moderate in the evening (9-14 inches likely). Colorado will see up to 12 inches on NW favored slopes by Monday morning (Get out on Monday). My thought is that areas along and North of I-70 will do best (Vail, Steamboat).

Moderate snowfall is likely on Wednesday/Thursday as the next but weaker system moves in to the West.

Friday-Sunday (April 3-5):  Snow likely however amounts are still uncertain!

Forget Spring for now as Winter will stay fully entrenched at least for the next 7-10 days!
