POWDER ALERT- NEW ENGLAND- POWDER FLU MONDAY
Heavy snow will be falling in most of New England mid morning Sunday through noon Monday. Models point to a wide area of 9-16 inches in most of central and southern Vermont, New Hampshire, and up to 17 inches in western Maine. Western New York will also be in the game with heavy snowfall expected near Lake Placid. Northern Vermont should see 8-12 inches in many locations while areas in Lake Placid slightly higher amounts.
Snow will be continuing Monday especially over western Maine where another 3-5 inches may fall. Winds will be strong from the north so possible wind impacts or lift delays are possible. Best time to ride POW will be late Sunday or first chair Monday.
